Shipping Information:

Head2ToeBeauty.com's standard shipping is UPS Ground. Other shipping methods include: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First-Class Mail (cheapest for small, light packages). If your selected shipping option is not available for your location, we will ship using the least expensive method. All PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address, weight, and the size of the package.

No shipping on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. If a merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you by email or ship the rest of your ordered items. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of shipment along with a tracking number.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund (no exchange and excludes restocking and shipping & handling fees) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

You must report any discrepancies and/or shipping damage within 5 days of receipt (no replacement or refund after 5 days). Proof of damage is required for any damage claims.

Email customerservice@head2toebeauty.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do NOT return any merchandise to us without a RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a RMA number will be charged 15% restocking fee (used merchandise will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense).
